Send us photos of your item for a complimentary eligibility check. If your item qualifies, you'll receive an offer to purchase our physical assessment service. This step helps us quote accurately so we can achieve your desired results!

2. RESERVE YOUR SPOT

Reserve your spot on our waitlist for your item's physical assessment. Then send your item it once it's your turn and you'll receive a detailed plan & quote (assessment $ is deducted from the quoted total if you proceed).

3. REVIEW & ACCEPT QUOTE

Review your quote and ask any questions. After quote acceptance, we'll invoice you the remaining balance after deducting the assessment fee. (Payment is required before we can commence work)

4. WE WORK OUR MAGIC & RETURN YOUR ITEM REFRESHED
