This is a digital gift card. After the purchase, you will receive an email with the gift card and instructions on how to use it. The card can be used as payment for our products and services.
Terms and Conditions
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
- Gift cards may be used for repair services or products in the online store.
- An e-gift card is only valid in the country of purchase.
- Any balances on e-gift cards may be checked by e-mailing us at magic@restituo.co.nz
- An e-gift card is redeemable at Restituo online (if being used for repairs/restorations, please advise you have an e-gift card when you request a quote for services).
- An e-gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. An e-gift card can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. Unredeemed values will remain on the e-gift card. There is no expiration date on the unused balance of an e-gift card. An e-gift card should be treated like cash.
- Restituo is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards.
- GST will not apply to the sale of an e-gift card, specifically the face value/loaded amount.
- Once the e-gift card has been fully redeemed, it cannot be reused
- An e-gift card can be used in conjunction with another form of payment such as cash, EFTPOS card or credit card to make up the full value of the purchase. If you are being invoiced for a service, please advise that you have an e-gift card, which will be deducted from your invoice.
- An e-gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
- Restituo reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the e-gift card at any time and to take appropriate actions, including the cancellation of an e-gift card, if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
- Neither Restituo nor the provider of the data represents or guarantees or accepts any liability whatsoever in respect of the accuracy, currency or completeness of the e-gift card information. Restituo does not accept any liability for any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions, however occurring (including as a result of negligence) in the collecting, recording, processing, storing or dissemination of this information.
- By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions (including those for repairs and restorations). You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your E-Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification Restituo may elect not to accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.
