Our repair, restoration, and revival services are 100% door to door, saving you the trip during work or school hours.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Message Restituo with your enquiry and we will provide you with a preliminary quote

  2. You'll receive an email with your repair number, and payment details, simply pay for your chosen service

  3. Arrange a courier/tracked postage service, securely package and clearly label your items for delivery with your repair number - of course we recommend reusing old packaging materials!

  4. Wait for your shoes or other item to be spruced up and returned to you by courier/tracked post

  5. Leave a review and show off to your family, whānau, and friends!

GET STARTED WITH YOUR COURIER/POSTAL ORDER

We suggest getting in touch with our team before posting your items to us. Send photos and provide details about your items, brands and the type of work required. Our team will assess your items and provide you with an online quote for the work.

HOW TO POST YOUR ITEMS

Either book a courier to collect your item from your home, workplace, university, school etc (such as CourierPost, Pass the Parcel, Fastway/Aramex, New Zealand Couriers etc)

OR

Take your items to your nearest New Zealand Post outlet. Attach your personal details, repair number (on your e-mail from us), select a package or box and address to address in our e-mail.

We have not listed the postal address here as we want to ensure that we have processed the order details and received the payment before the parcel is to be sent to avoid receiving parcels from customers who have not placed/paid for an order yet.

Our staff will be in touch once your item(s) have been delivered to us and once we've inspected your item to ensure the photos originally sent to us represent the damage correctly, if there is more work to be done that is discovered, we will advise you of this before proceeding and may charge an additional fee to cover this, but we will always ask/advise you of this before processing with the work.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

  1. You’ll be required to pay the preliminary quote as a deposit prior to any work commencing and before your shoes/items are sent to us.
  2. Our staff will be in touch once your item(s) have been delivered to us and once we've inspected your item to ensure the photos originally sent to us for the quote represent the damage/work requirements correctly.
  3. If there is more work to be done than initially quoted and paid for in the deposit, we will advise you of this and advise of any additional charges required to cover this, but we will always ask/advise you of this before processing with the work and give you the option to decline certain aspects of the work if it is not mandatory.
  4. Our staff can also be contacted directly for any status updates or general queries. You’ll be notified following the completion of your order and provided a tracking number for delivery.
